Cancellation Policy
I understand that circumstances may arise that require you to reschedule or cancel your appointment. To ensure that I can accommodate all my clients' needs, I have implemented a 48-hour cancellation policy.
1. Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled appointment will not incur any charges.
2. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost.
3. No-shows (clients who do not show up for their appointment without any prior notice) will be charged the full service cost.
4. If you need to reschedule your appointment within the 48-hour window, a 25% rescheduling fee will be applied to the total service cost.
I understand that emergencies and unforeseen situations may occur, and I will do my best to accommodate special circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Please notify me of any changes as soon as possible to allow me to adjust my schedule accordingly.
